i seem to recall the cardassians had a border with the romulans in ds9

the klingons also had a romulan border

am i getting this right?

That game is so horribly done it wouldn't surprise me in the least if it is wrong.

Yes the galaxy map is wrong.  It's one of the things that people nit-picked about at launch hehe. 

 

Edit: The devs wanted to fit the maps into nice little squares for some reason
