The most exciting and challenging new games to be released with PvP will be the 3 faction PvP of The Secret World and Elder Scrolls Online when it is released. At last 3 faction PvP is now becoming fashionable after the huge success of Dark Age of Camelot (DAoC) and the brilliant RVR between Mids, Albs and Hibs.
if you are saying rift and tera have open pvp you should also place aion.
though mortal and darkfall is too bugged to place in any list, tera is more like free gank world then anything, rift have too many warfronts so open pvp is hurted
