Launcher problems

in Star Trek Online

Morning all,

                     just wanted to find out if anyone else is having Launcher timeout? i am running STO from steam. When i tried running it directly from .exe file. i got disconnected from account server, when i entered my username and password. Any light shedded would be aprreciated.

    Do you have teamviewer in memory? Cryptic and teamviewer don't work at all on same pc

    no i dont it's really strange problem as i can play eve or swtor fine :(
