You have just been told by your doctor that you only have 3 more days to live. As much as I'd like to see posts like, "I'd break every single law out there"....I am curious what you would all do if this seriously and actually happened to you.

well first ide walk my dog. this just for some strange reason came to mind, then ide make sure someone who could take good care of my dog got it. then for some strange  reason i would get a rifle and hit the bullseye in the target sign. then i would take a imaginary person hostage and for my randsom ask for a million dollars in pennies, and then i figured ide die by then.

Well I'd make sure the people I loved knew I loved them.

That my friends knew I had befriended them.

That I had forgiven most of what had happened to me by others.

Then I would most likely become a religious fanatic (not much more you can say you would actually do)

Only 3 days to live? I'd try to finish Resident Evil 4 in time, because i'm not going anywhere until I beat that game.

I dont even know what i'd do... maybe I would sell all my stuff and buy hundreds of hotdogs, driving around downtown Toronto throwing hotdogs to the people and they would shower me with love and flowers.

I would really hope that quatam physics are right and kill myself in all the universes in whichthey did not find a cure for the disease in 3 days... plus I would play the lotto.... my family desirves something for putting up with me for 16 years.....

edit- ow ow I would also run naked through my school and do a slip and slide at the end..... I wanted it to be my senior prank but screw it if I am going to die in 3 days might as well do it now...

I would go to the corner store and buy all I need for 3 days.  I would not see anyone for 3 days, I will pretend I am in a dark mood or something, because I dont want peoples crying and I would not be able to lie very well or be very cheery, crying for the last 3 days would be silly.

 

I would make sure my last wish are clear and the cheapest arrangement is made for the disposal of this body.

 

I would cut my internet connection, TV, cable, phone and anything else.

 

I would send a nice letter for everyone I know, would prolly take me a full day to do so, and I would keep the most importants with me rather then post them, so I can add new stuff on them...I always have been a chatty person, yet since I would not be able to talk without crying, I would do all by letter with tons of emoticons!  I would ask them to change 1 thing in their life, like no smoking on sunday or whatever silly thing would cross my mind!

 

I would open my computer and try to Finish Baldur's Gate 1 last time, the sequel ready to follow up in case it go sweetly...

 

PS: If all my relatives would be deads before me(nobody I care to give what little I have), I would then go to Paris and be as annoying as I can be, I would ask the waiter to come back in clean clothing and the like!     I would tip the waiters in thousands however and the business managers would hate me prolly for not spending much on them and fortune on tipping the waiters like that!  It would be a random good act for ''other lowly'' peoples.  Since I like Visa I would completely fill my Mastercard/Amex and keep Visa fine and clean, take that evil bastards!

on second thought i might rob a dollar store with a plastic gun that looks real. then i would pay all my loans in pennies to the bank. lol a 2500 dollar loan in being paid in pennies. then i would most likely OD on heroin just to euphanize(correct usage of word??????) myself.

I'd probably spend the time just like I'd spend it if I wasn't going to die any time soon. That's a very good question though. We're not going to live forever and each day can be our last in this life so how are you living your life? I'm fairly content with mine, but I'd have to kiss my dreams good bye.

PS. now that I think of it, I know my highschool had a door that could be opened fairly easily when it was locked - just push in and pull out really hard and it'd come loose. I might take a ride through the halls on my bike at night.

once u do the math on how we measure time u realize just how short life is, in fact when my grandmother died i counted the number of hours, minutes, days, months, and seconds she lived. and that scared me because we think those numbers would be astronomically huge but in reality there actually not. A year is such a short amount of time to me ever since i have done those calculations and time just sort of has no dividors to me.

in fact there is a program that can count up from a certain point in time u can download for free ive had that and had it counting up since the aproximater minute of my birth so the most amount of seconds its off is 600 seconds. this is one of my obsessions is measuring time in ways people cant imagine.

i challenge u guys to do this, find a family member who died, and calculate how many years, months, weeks, days, hours minutes, and seconds they lived the number will be surprizingly low. and u will seee just how short our lifes are.
