2012-04-27 08:53:21 Customer: I'm stationed in Korea. will this game have IP Blocks preventing me from playing?

2012-04-27 08:54:54 Customer: i just want to be sure that i can play it while stationed here.

2012-04-27 08:55:48 GM Cthaeh: Unfortunately, we currently do not have any information in IP blocks in Korea. I apologize for any inconvenience in this matter.

2012-04-27 08:57:18 Customer: with the game being released in the next couple months is there any chance for an official word on whether or not players staioned in areas like korea will have access to NA servers?

2012-04-27 08:59:00 GM Cthaeh: Unfortunately I do not have further information on servers in Korea, however you should be able to play on NA servers from Korea.

2012-04-27 08:59:49 Customer: thanks.

What does it matter if they do have ip blocks?  If they do just use a vpn service. problem solved.

It's most likely the Korean publisher for AoC will release TSW in Korea.

That's why they are ip banning Korea so they'll have the possiblity of selling the game there.
