This game isn't ever going to come out. It got announced in what 2007? No information on any betas in the US and it is just now getting released in korea in quarter 2 of 2012. Usually it's a year or two later to localize something like this, even after they find someone to run it in NA, with ncsoft it should be NCwest. It looks like an awesome game, but it might be too late to the party once it's actually released.
