12GB DDR3 1600 RAM
1TB Seagate HDD

Most likely. Your CPU could use a bit of an OC tho, and graphics performance depends on what resolution you play at.
But you don't lack the hardware to max any MMO out.
Theoretically: possibly.
The minimum system requirements state Intel integrated video, so your going to look pretty good.
As far as MAX MAX - hard to say until the game ships.
Take it your ram is triple channel?
And my guess is yes most settings maxed but maybe not with all aa on - but i have never seen the difference with aa on and off although i often have it on 8x or 4x
his card is the slowest part of that system (still a fast card though)
