Is there a way to retrieve it through customer support?
I think you have to email them, and they ask you questions to verify it is your account. There might be a way to call them, I just remember it taking a while for them to respond one of my tickets once so trying to call them might be a quicker option.
Do you have an NCSoft master account?
I forgot my PIN too but I was able to reset it by logging into my master account and resetting it from there. You need to remember your personal info that you signed up with though.
