Maximum PC reviews TOR

http://www.maximumpc.com/article/%5Bprimary-term%5D/star_wars_old_republic_review

First yes I did create this account today. Why, you may ask? Because I got banned for asking someone, (Are you mad bro.) It was a fair ban I guess...

Anyways, I don't how many of you subscribe to Maximum PC so I thought I would post this. I think it is probably the most accurate review of SWTOR I have come across. I know this topic has been beat to death I just wanted to see what you all thought of the review. So, let’s have it. What do you all think?

    Guess not.

I agree, the review is pretty spot on.

That is a fair and honest review, I'd agree with most of their points.

I agree with his score and many of his comments. However, there was a better one floating around here a while back that was a much more in depth review of the game. Would have liked to have seen that in this review as well because frankly there was a lot he didn't even cover relating to this game. If I remember correctly the one I'm referring to gave the game a 7.5. Anyways, both sound about right to me. I agree with the points made by both of the writers and if I were to give a review my score would be about a 7.0 for this game as well. All in all though I do agree with most of his remarks.

    Two side notes:

    1. That is one fugly dude that wrote the article

    2. While I think you're being mostly honest I can pretty much guarantee you were not banned from here for saying "are u mad bro" to a poster. If they banned people that easily I would have been banned within about a week of when I finally bothered making an account for here.

    1. For god's sake mmo gamers, enough with the analogies. They're unnecessary and your comparisons are terrible, dissimilar, and illogical.

    2. To posters feeling the need to state how f2p really isn't f2p: Players understand the concept. You aren't privy to some secret the rest are missing. You're embarrassing yourself.

    3. Yes, Cpt. Obvious, we're not industry experts. Now run along and let the big people use the forums for their purpose.

does maximum pc actually know what a rpg is swtor is not a rpg ,i can safly say it is a morpg, but he is right it is not a mmorpg, but for all the naysayer it could very easilly be in the futur.if the add a raid pvp setting that permit player to lower setting in heavy populated area and bw ask gm to create event on the fly anywhere in the galaxy it would be a mmorpg .cause everything is there some stuff is instanced closed ,some open instanced ,some phazed etc but when you go say on tatooine or in the specific area outlaws den or any world boss it is pretty much open everybody can go!

Good review, I agree as well.

Are you team Azeroth, team Tyria, or team Jacob?
