No FPS fix in latest patch?

Unless my eyes deceive me, I didn't see Bioware mention the huge FPS problem a lot of players are having with this game.  My current specs are :

 

AMD II X4 Black Edition @3.7 Ghz

GTX 570 Classified Edition OC'd

8 gigs of DDR3 RAM

Win 7 64 bit

 

My current in-game settings are everything on high with shadows turned completely off.

 

-Standing still in outdoor environments

70-90 FPS

*In combat and warfronts*

25-35 FPS

-Imperial Fleet

8-18 FPS...wat?

I have tried everything from rolling back drivers, current drivers, beta drivers, forum tweaks, settings all graphics to low (zero fps gain by doing this etc).  This is the only issue that I have for this game, and it's killing my experience.  With my current rig, I should have no issue running this game on high, with no shadows, and AA turned off.  What pains me the most is my FPS during combat which dip into the 20's and 30's.  And 8 fps on the Empirial fleet? What a joke....PLEASE fix Bioware.

 

(I can run BF3 on Ultra at about 40 fps, Witcher 2 nearly maxed with fantastic frame rates, not sure what this game's issue is, either horrible optimization and perhaps some memory leakage.
