The game is called Hedone and it's free to play. Just got a beta key at http://www.fileplanet.com/promotions/Hedone/
I was looking for a F2P FPS I have not played before. The game needs more players/testers but it is quite fun.

The game is free to play and it's pretty fun. Come on over and get some fragging on!
Blacklight Retribution is also in closed beta and you can find free keys for it everywhere (PM and trade for a key), feels a lot smoother than Hedone although it has as of now some really heavy weapon-balance issues (short range weapons like smgs are just too useful).
It features a customization system like Brink, its F2P and runs Unreal engine 3 so it looks quite good too.
It also has some nice mechanics that have potential, like everyone gets a wall-hack on cooldown that he can use to see enemies through walls, it gives a bit of an edge to tactics.
