Trouble recieving price

Ok,

I won the Lineage 2 CE with the christmas mega giveaway contest. I know it has been send because I have a mail from the custom services that they can't agree on the given up value and that I need to send in evidence of payment. Who do I need to contact for this information? I would like to take it up to more private conversation instead over the forums.

    I also have a guild wars beta key that i won and claimed, still aint recieved it beens a week.

    oh mine has already been send, it is only stuck at the custom services here in brussels. I have called them and answered the questions they had and now in hope those send it further to me so I have it at the end of the week.

    I also won the Asheron's Call 2 one year free account.  I still haven't heard or received anything yet.  I was excited to try Asheron's Call 2 and hope I still get the prize.
