CCP Fleet Visits Tama, Chaos Ensues

A fleet of CCP devs in mostly battleships paid a visit to the infamous Tama system in lowsec today with the intention of causing much mayhem.

They succeeded. Hundreds of players showed up to square off against the devs who've come under much fire of late on the forums. Today they came under even heavier fire as Pandemic Legion hotdropped multiple titans on the scene and wrecked the CCP fleet, who previously had been wracking up their own hefty number of kills.

The dev ships were carrying PLEX and faction mods, allowing some players (myself included) to turn a tidy profit off the resulting massive ship graveyard.

Would they be doing cool stuff like this if they hadn't screwed up so badly this summer? Prob'ly not. Regardless, was the most fun I've had in EVE in a while. Hope some other mmorpg.com-ers got in on the action.
