Did Bioware just send a mass amount of game test invites

Both me and my friend just recieved game test invites, is this an odd coincidence or did bioware send invites to everyone who has not yet tested?

 

Also, I have to choose between playing Skyrim and SWTOR, a very tough decision.

    I'm happy I finally recieved mine, that said yes they did send out invites today.
