Abuse of the Voting system: Possible Solution

Im sure a lot of us have been annoyed when the rating system is abused and some random low end game ends up witht he top score,

As I understand each account can only hype each game 1 time.

Can we make it so someone needs to have at least 20-50 posts or something before they are able to vote on a rating for a game?

It actually never bothers me. Most of the time I don't even think to look at it. It's pretty meaningless really.
