Lost account/pw

So I was planning och giving AO a new try, finding out that I can't log in. I tried to reset my pw using my e-mail, havn't received anything yet. I know it's the right e-mail as I've always used this one.

 

Is the mail service very slow or am I out of luck? I want my berserker main!
