Can I still transfer my EU account to Turbine?

I used to own DDO's EU version, I'd like to play f2p now and I wonder if it's too late to  do the transfer (I have the 25 letter transfer code, but couldn't find a place to use it so a little help here would be appreciated too)

I think you would have to get ahold of Turbine Customer support to find out for certain, but I think that the window has closed on transferring your characters.
