Rusty Hearts - Key/Item question

so i got a key to get into Rusty Hearts from mmorpg and it also says im gonna get some additional items... how do i get those additional items? im in game now, so key did work just fine, just not sure how to get the other stuff... anyway the game is pretty fun... has things that remind me of castlevania - sotn and beat-em up games like streets of rage... yeah im going old school here hahaha... anyway you guys should try it out... lots of fun...
