all right this is whats going on....

i got shadowbane about a year ago and i played it wasnt really happy (hard for me) and i stoped paly well i guess i fergot to unregister or something so they have been billing me for this hole time but w.e now i want to start palying again and i dont remember my Account/Password and when i got to the forget your password link it sends me a email i click on the link i get and it goes right back 2 where i started so now im a lil pissed but what ever ill just resubscribe now my cd key will not work and i have tryed time and time again makeing sure its right and it still doesnt work so what ever ill go the there support page but whait thats 2 cunfusing so now i have a game, a bill and no account can any one tell me wtf im doing wrong or just help me out  (ps my email is [email protected])
