     I could put it under news but then i'd get suspended again ... other than news this is the best choice as the item is a contest not a news article.

    With that being said... it's not MMORPG discussion... it's not news discussion therefore it's placed appropriately?

    You haven't looked very hard. There's a help desk forum specifically for website related issues. You also can't create threads in the News forum
