Add Captcha system on new account registration

Reasons:

1)It reduces spammer bots on forums by a TON. (Ive never seen spammer bots in forums where registration requires Captcha)

2)Your readers will love you

3)Your Mods will have time to do other things than chase spam bots

    We already have a CAPTCHA system on new account registration, they have gotten around it. We have some ideas we're lookimg to implement to further curb the spammers (there is a lot going on on the backend that is in place to stop spammers, but they are persistent!).

    Oh god please dont make the captcha harder than it already is T_T I already have to repeatedly get a new image cuz I seriously cant figure out whats written on most of themm T_T

    Our new ideas don't involve the CAPTCHA at all, no worries. Believe me, I've failed at it many times when posting our Community Spotlight blog. "WHAT DO YOU MEAN I GOT IT WRONG? ARGH!"
