For those looking for a pretty good price, MO can be purchased through Gamersgate now for $23.95, which I believe is the same price it's available from Direct2Drive. Both sites are cheaper than the official site.

Bah, I paid $75.00 usd for the Limited edition version 2 years ago and I am still waiting to receive it.
