The main thing that got me so upset about WAR is the linearity of it all - Tier 1 - 4. A world as complex, vast and so full of lore, detail, and story was simplified into a level 1, level 2, level 3 and level 4 affair. What Mythic got wrong wasn't the RVR or player classes or hell, even balance. To me, what they got wrong, was lack of engaging PVE content and a simplified game world. The Old World in Warhammer was made into a shadow of what it should be.

This is the Warhammer world. You can see where Ulthuan is, and the area that resembles Europe is basically where the Old World and Dwarf Lands are. I don't want to take a page from WoW, but in my humble opinion, that is how the world should have been. No tieer system - instead, each nation/province/country was it's own area.

You can see here the "Old World" is divided up into countries and provinces. Empire Lands, Bretonnia, Kislev, The Chaos Wastes. The worlds edge mountains to the east, and the badlands to the south. What should have been done is take these areas, connect them together to form an actual game world, where humans can travel to dwarf lands on foot/horseback without the need of a silly looking helicopter. By making the game linear, they took away the majesty of the Warhammer world. The same goes for the continent of Ulthuan - so much majesty, lost to a simplified tieer system.
Now, I will not say completely remake the entire game world. On the contrary - they already have all these areas created. I say remove the tieer system and arrange the playfields to resemble the world map. Each area can have its own low-mid-high level content, so you wouldnt see it once and be on your way to the next playfield. As a lvl 40 character, I had more fun in Blackfire Pass than anywhere else, yet I can't ever go back there due to outleveling the content.
Reintroduce the Elf and Dwarf cities, have towns that arn't constantly under siege. An actual, workable craft system.
This also doesn't mean to do away with RvR - rather, each nation should be divided into captureable provinces which go towards the effort of controlling the whole nation. To fix WAR, the game world itself needs to make sense. It needs to be a World, not a stepping stone.

Your post won't change a thing. The two american servers will be merged into one, then you have to wonder how long that will last. The game had it's shot and they blew it.
