Greetings, 



I'm Surjen, and I'd like to welcome you to our recruitment thread. We are North American based, and currently use CST for scheduling. That is of course, subject to change with server selection. We will participate fully in all aspects of the game, although our true passion is open world PVP. We love causing mayhem, and we have a knack for it. 



Feel free to ask any questions here, or pm Rawlas, Ebbz, or myself. We are very excited to be recruiting, and look forward to building Savage Method into an enjoyable, productive guild. Here are some excerpts from our guild charter and rules.

Our History

Savage Method leaders have been playing online games together since 2005 in SWG(Bloodfin). In 2008, we created a guild named Skum in preparation for Age of Conan. Although the game was truly lacking, we still had fun, as well as accomplished the goals we set forth. We eventually merged with another guild to raid in WOW, and have since moved on. We always look back at Skum with very fond memories and cherish the experience gained. 



To date, we have been playing various mmos and games, as well as participating in several top-notch and established guilds. With the launch of SWTOR this year, we have decided to again stake our claim in the guild community. Having lead a guild before, having been a part of other long time guilds, and having witnessed different leadership approaches, we feel we have the experience to establish what we once had, and much more. 



We are looking foward to creating a guild and gaming community that provides a productive atmosphere with like-minded people, and is LOTS OF FUN!

Current

We are currently in the build phase of Savage Method. Ventrilo and the website are up, and there's more to come. We are also playing RIFT, Battlefield Bad Company 2, Left 4 Dead 2, and Heroes of Neworth while waiting for the release of SWTOR. All applicants are encouraged to play something with us while we wait.

We want to have fun! It's why we're all here, correct? We want members that make it their first priority. It's the best goal to achieve!



RESPECT

Please remember the golden rule here. We want to keep an atmosphere of friendship and respect at all times.



DEDICATION

We are people that want something more out of a game than what can be attained solo. We are prepared to give our time and effort to make something of this guild, and we want members of the same mindset. Dedication to Savage Method and its progression is essential.



PRIORITY

Priority should always be given to the guild and members first. Whether it's in a game or out. That doesn't mean we're required to drop everything we're doing if a guildie needs help with something. What it does mean, is the guild and its members should always be our first concern. Especially over outsiders.



MATURITY

Common sense and maturity should be used at all times. We have witnessed guilds that have had turmoil, and seen how quickly things can degrade. Maturity is the best solution. We want adults that can handle criticism, make rational decisions, and check the attitudes and drama at the door.

Our Goals

• To establish a fulfilling online community that has fun.



• PVP dominance. Become the spring from which the river of tears flows, the source of broken keyboards, and the biggest cause of aggravation to all our enemies.



• To competitively progress through and clear all endgame PVE and raid content.



• To establish a self-sufficient guild through farming materials and crafting.
