BTO - My Review and thoughts

I used to be a big World of Warcraft player, and then I lost my job. No cash to play, so I had to find a new game to occupy my time. My brother-in-law who is the master at finding free to play, fun games, turned me onto this one, Business Tycoon Online, located at http://bto.lekool.com. This game really reminds me of a mix of SimCity & Civilization. You are in charge of Major Corporation, vying for supremacy against a multitude of other players. You build stores based off your flavor: Entertainment, Sales, Service and Catering. As you level you can build bigger and better stores, and also, build your dream mansion. There are chances for your employees to be poached, or for you to do the poaching. You can make your employees better so that they add to your store’s daily revenue and of course, so they do better battling in the arena against other players. From my main page I can go to any other page, and check on things like what my employees & secretary are doing.

Another aspect of the game is that you are given a horse to manage. You can race your horse against the computer, or against other players. There is equipment you can buy, and that equipment is upgradeable over time. As your horse levels, it becomes more adept at dealing damage to other horses, and avoiding taking damage itself.

All in all, I am enjoying this game and am glad that I was introduced to it. My son now wants to make his own account and play too. I would recommend it for anyone who likes turn based games, or who likes to play games dealing with money.

They do offer other games to play at http://www.lekool.com/
