Camera moves too fast

I thought I saw the answer to this here a few years ago, but I can't find it.
Can anyone remind me how to adjust the camera on LOTRO so that it does not move as fast as the default. I swear I am getting motion sickness.

There is an optiuon in options, quicker to look than ask.
