The Magician's Knob?

They have a world location in game in London called "The Magician's Knob".

Do they know what a knob is in British slang? The Magician in question certainly shouldn't have it out in public, he might get arrested!

Or, the quaintly british movie "Bedknobs and Broomsticks". Has witches, magicians, all that. Apparently knobs are culturally relevant.

That sounds like a perfectly good name for a pub really. A proper old pub though, one with pickled eggs and a pool table that goes to one side.
