So PSN bas been down since wednesday with no real ETA when its coming back.. blaming it on hackers when sony themselves turn PSN off for "matience" my ass.

    Sony has been hacked plain and simple. They had to take down their sight to prevent further hacking intrusions.

    Everytime you log into the PS3 sight, a message comes up saying the system is undergoing "maintence".

    No idea when Sony will come back online which is really too bad for gamers. Makes the XBox look all that more attractive for me.

  • I don't think any good will come from any of this. Especially for the gamers, we're the ones who suffer when things like this happens

    Xbox Live could easy be the next target for that matter.

    This comes from DailyTech.com, apparently The Japanese themselves don't consider gamers to be worthy enough of protection, otherwise they actually would have had protection in their servers to defend their customers from electronic attacks.
