It Appears I have a serious problem....
I just got a virus... It has disabled every program except explorer, it has even disabled cmd etc.. I tried system restore and it's been deleted. In other words i'm fucked.
What can I do except for a full wipe?

don't worry I fixed by enabling system restore on startup...
