Interested possible new player
I am coming from WoW, EVE Online and Entropia Universe (before they changed to Cry Engine). Is Rise a game where you manage a city (like CityVille?) or do you have a character that you develop and you use that character to manage the city and fly spaceships? I am looking for a new world to play in.
