Sorry but the answer is no because of bandwidth issues. A post from a dev: Point and Click Movement is a permanent feature of Wish. There will NOT be WSAD Movement for a variety of reasons. (search through the archives to find out)
And most importantly: the first day allmost everyone was complaining about the PnC, the next day really every one started to appreciate it. 2 Days later they loved it (when they saw tha advantage of the great pathfinding system).
I also hated PnC movement when I started with the open beta (I thought there was something wrong with my keyboard :d).
