Huh.. What's this about all the funds going to Blade & Soul? And if this is true, where are the sources? I don't play Aion anymore, but I think it's kinda silly to post things like this on the forums without any proof. Spreading rumors should be against the forum rules IMO.

ofc part of Aion subs go for "blade and soul" but is this really so strange? To develop a game you need money, you can earn it or you borrow. Aion is 2nd biggest mmo rpg game (1st is WoW) so this is not something strange that some cash goes for other projects. I belive that Blizzard put money from WoW into developing other games as well. Do you really think that maintaining/ providing servers, running a game and developing it requires all money from several millions subscribers? I don't think so.
Imo "Aion" will still be developed (noone will abandon such successful game, and if you think that this game is not successful than tell me which games are). I saw (on youtube, some forums) new 2.5 patch as well as "vision trailer" and I was impressed.

I will tell you: try this game and see how it looks, cause it is a very good game (with some flaws ofc but all game have flaws) and after you play some time (yes now, don't write that this game was xxxx 1 year ago) judge it.

I don't know the numbers (read somwhere that Aion EU+NA= 500k players, dunno if it is true) but how many games have better population?

I think it depends more on what server you are on. On my asmodian on Zikel I think it is, or maybe the name changed, I had a lot of issues finding a group for FT at level 32. But maybe that changed a bit since I rerolled elyos a while back.

The same could be said for WoW or most any other MMO out there... overseas subs are always higher.
The rifting system in the game has been destroyed because they messed with the one thing that brought people to the game they have an 80% buff on it meaning a lvl40 full pvp gear character cant even kill a lvl21 white gear character... this to me is unaceptable
I quit playing in october but didn't they change this so there is only a 20% buff in eltnen/morheim and no buff in heiron/asmo counterpart?
