Well I can only answer in my opinion the game is gotten 100x better than launch. They are really added a lot to the game and is more enjoyable from the crafting to the pvp. There are lots of people still playing but you may want to ask on the official forums. You'll get a varied amount of answers good and bad from people actually playing.
