503 appeals, 4 people answering. 8.5 hour estimated wait. The appeal system is a joke, literaly. I shared this with my alliance and I got several ironic and humerous responses and stories. 4 people is not a staff, its a sleepover. I have a charicter bug that keeps my 30 infiltrator from applying poisons to his lefthand weapons. This makes pve very very hard because finding a group on the least populated server with one of the least desired charicters it even harder. Well, waiting for a reply...I dunno....its been about a week and a half...I've lost track.... I started crafting and am up to 430 in alchemy though.  image

    did you notice that there is off game support system ? and i seen near 20 ppl not 4. those are in games just acepting appeals and can get you out if your stuck or fix mobs if they got buged, and a problem you have is much harder than those adn i never waited more than 2 hours and that was with 6 ppl working image gues your not so lucky like me.

    dang last appeal I head about a week ago only took about 45 minutes to respond. Granted thats not the best in response times but not bad either. I do have to say I have had some appeals that took a few days to answer how, they got back to me in email if I remember right, fortunatly for me I have never had a shattering issue with any of my appeals.

    One thing DAoC does offer though that you can't beat is their tech support by phone. Not many other MMO's do that.

    I have had a long before, but I have never seen anything like that.  I have seen estimated wait times at 4+ hours, but not any time recently.  But character bugs cannot usually be fixed by the in game support.  It is not like a stuck issue or replacing an item. 

    It would depend on the message, but do you have your envenom skill on your weapon?  If so it unreadies it to apply the poison so that might make it where you do not have enough skill to use it.  If that is the case you can place the poison on your quickbar and click on it and it will apply it.  Then you should never make the mistake again of having envenom skill on a weapon.  Even if this is not the issue, you should try putting the poison on using the quickbar anyway because it might be a temporary fix.
