Guild wars 2 website

Masa1Masa1 Member UncommonPosts: 318

GW2 website stopped working about 2 months ago. I was suspecting DNS problem, but the problem persists even after I switched to google DNS.

I've cleared browser memory, "repaired connection" which also clears the DNS list, restarted ADSL modem... but nothing works.

Tracert returns "Can't resolve address" error, so I still suspect DNS. Typing the IP directly into browser doesn't work, but at least tracert can reach the destination with IP address. I just don't have any idea how to fix this.

Using proxy allows me to bypass the problem, but using one is slow as hell, so I don't want to depend on it.

Does anyone else have similar problem?

I check the site on a regular basis. Never down.

Believe it or not, but the whole problem was caused by Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-interface, which comes with IPv6, ALTHOUGH IPv6 was disabled. After uninstalling it, the website started working.
