Cross Platform Question?

I have not played for sometime and I am thinking of coming back. I have the game up to Treasures of AhtUrhgan on PS2 and I know I can buy the game up to that for the 360. Can I move my game over to the 360 and play it or would I need to start new?

You just need to buy the game for whatever system you wish to play on, your account is universal.  Or borrow the disks from the friend and just pay the sub.
