Norton and a gaming computer bad mix

Bit of a help topic but eh had to ask.

 

I got a new cp recently and dled my usual anti virus programs. But norton was on te computer in a way it had a preinstall thing but wanted activation i never did give it. So i figured all was well and done but it started acting up a bit so i went to just delete it. That made all my tabs not wanna load period on the internet. Im really looking for a fix on it barely got this up and working.
