Catacombs Quest for New Users: Celadrielas in Albion

Hmmm: on a timeframe here. DAOC is mentioning an object for new users that can be found up to December 21st--today! For those in the Albion realm, it is mentioned to speak to the NPC named Celadrielas in the aqueducts of the Inconnu Crypt. Where is this NPC?? I've looked everywhere in the Crypt, both in the water areas and the walkways. Thanks!
