Sky Guardians Elite PvP / PvE Guild Recruiting



Sky Guardians guild has been around since the beginning of Aika. Its Leadership is as old as the servers. Approximately one month ago SG underwent a transformation towards a more PvP-centric guild and since doing so has recruited and merged with a large amount of old closed beta veteran PvPers in addition to leveling up a new fleet of gamers interested in all the aspects of PvE and PvP this game has to offer.



Sky Guardians is a mature guild composed largely of adult pvpers. We are also first and foremost a PvP guild; although we are not exclusively focused on PvP and expect to excel in both PvP and PvE. Whilst we do not expect every member to have the same goals in both PvP and PvE we expect all members to be ready and willing to PvP for the benefit of the guild.



Also of note OUR GUILD AT THIS TIME HAS NO MINIMUM LEVEL that we are recruiting we are simply looking at the person, the grind is short enough and with enough help and time in a few weeks one can easily reach 55+.



[Our Guild Activities Include the following]



Of note the following is all optional and not mandatory



- WEEKENDS: we usually have a constant Dino team going (6 members), most of our higher level mages have Dinos saved for team warps for some of the fastest xp in game for level 50+



- EVERY WEEKEND: we have guild HELL Runs, our plan as we recruit more members is to extend this to daily hell runs to assist all members in farming their lvl 50 set gear



- WEEKDAYS: Battlegrounds teams for easy aquiring Honor Points from fun PvP within guild, usually we have 10-15 hours of organized Battleground time a week.



- WEEKEND we try to do 1-2 guild only LMH and LMN runs to assist new members who reached upper 30s/40s the prior week complete their quests



- Our Guild is extremely helpful to our lower level members in so much as we have an entire committee and council whos job it is to organize and assist our lower level members every WEEKEND with MAURADER HOLD normal/hard, MAURADER CABIN normal/hard and lmh/lmn



- We have not yet begun farming field bosses although this is a future goal of our guild as more and more time becomes devoted to instances and bosses and gear and less time to leveling as our members continue to reach level 60.



- DYNAMIC GUILD WAREHOUSE with organized council members in charge of stocking warehouse with pellurites up to D / rubicones up to D to assist members level up their gear. In addition we have sets of armour and weapons passed down throughout the guild when people don't need them anymore.



- We see our guild as a family and try to modulate that premise in all of our activities.



- Our final goal of course is to become the best guild in game through not only levels or gear but through creating an environment that teaches new players how to play the game and their class, and then assists them in the group focused aspects of this game for example dungeons, bosses, gear, and group PvP. In addition most of our guild members freely trade items within guild and we have created a VERY DYNAMIC system of our guild warehouse.

Avg amount of players online during weekend hours: 25+

Avg amount of players online during weekday daytime/evening hrs: 16+

Avg amount of players online during weekday nights: 9+



We actively remove inactive members who have not logged in for over 1 week without giving the guild notice.

[What we are looking for]

We are looking for outgoing, determined and ambitious players who want to join Sky Guardians and work with us as we seek to dominate in both PvP and PvE. If you have a great sense of humour, and the intelligence to know when to be serious, then you should fit in well.



Sky Guardians is an English speaking guild and members are expected to use english at all times in guild channels (Chat, IRC and Ventrilo), we do not expect perfect english, but good communication skills and the willingness to communicate are desired in applicants..



Having access to voice chat is preferred for better coordination, but it is not a requirement for admission.



As a player you must be willing to learn and master your class, and be ready and willing to adapt your playstyle to better coordinate with other members of the guild in guild-coordinated efforts in both PvP and PvE. We expect you to accept that you may be required at times to forego all other plans and work to support the guild. We want players who are willing to learn and adapt, who can be humble enough to take advice and who seek to use every available resource to master themselves and the game. Lastly we are looking for humans, not robots; people who will engage with guild life and who are willing to be sociable.



[What we do not want]

As a guild we are not here to do your work for you. We do not want moochers, we are not here to provide services to level you, and we are not here simply to endow you with item loot. If you are unable to progress through the game under your own initiative then we are not going to do the legwork for you. We don't want selfish, silent or stupid players. We do not want drama queens or primadonnas, we have enough of those already. If you are a solo player looking for a leg-up, look elsewhere.

Regardless of whether you are a veteran of a dozen MMOs, or a fresh player new to the genre, your character and personality count for far more than your prior gaming experience.
