In a recent conversation with KingsIsle's Fred Howard, MMORPG.com News Editor Suzie Ford had the opportunity to learn about the brand new Gardening system that is now live on the public test server. Gardening will doubtless arrive on live servers during the holiday season 2010. Wizard101 from KingsIsle is a kid-friendly MMO that has opened up family gaming in a big way. Successfully launched two years ago, KingsIsle has been steadily adding to and improving Wizard101 in the intervening years. The game has shown a lot of innovation over its lifespan and seems to just get better with age. In fact, barely a month ago, the latest major expansion area, Celestia, opened its undersea doors with a higher level cap, new spells, two new schools of magic and more. Never content to sit back, the KingsIsle team looked at the year’s schedule and came to the conclusion that the game needed one more BIG feature before the end of the year. Enter the Gardening system.

sadly, this seems to be just another way to nickel and dime us to death (except it is $)
Tried it out in test realm. It is SO GOOD! i'm glad they put it on the live realm. I'm already a rank 4 gardener, and have three gardens, because they're spread apart of course but still at the same house.
