Hi community!I just wanted to drop you all a note to let you know I am moving on to pursue other opportunities. Fortunately, I've got some good news. I am also pleased to introduce Kuliani at this time as your new community manager, and hope that you will all treat him with the same level of awesomeness you've shown me.
I have been truly honored and delighted to serve as your CM for the last two years, and watch Earthrise's community grow worldwide, through multiple channels such as Facebook and Twitter, and into the beta. It has been a joy to be a part of a community that is so articulate and passionate about the games they play, and the role that they see as Earthrise striving to fill in their MMO dreams, too. This community is great, and I wish you all the best.
Chances are you'll see me around the game industry in some fashion or another sooner or later, and when you do, feel free to say hello! In the meantime, I am sure that Kuliani will keep things well in order here, and continue to serve not only as developer spokesperson, but community advocate as well. I've known him for years, and I've got to say, you're in exceptionally capable hands. (Just give him a day or two to catch up, if you would! I'd consider it a personal kindness.)

umm yea its too bad that I spread my trolling disease to everyone else who saw the new video, oh its just too bad. get real, she was let go for a reason, i wasnt the only one who complained about her, even though i never complain oficially to anyone.
first off she wasn't let go she left on her own free will. Which is perfectly natural considering the length she has stayed and from what I have heard the current CM was talking to moll for some time before she left. Which hints that they were already planning this for a while. So don't be going about saying she was let go for a reason let alone for reasons of people complaining.

Believe it or not but some CM's do not stay with one company forever, She said that she was moving on to pursue other opportunities. So this could mean she is no longer going to be a CM but instead a game developer of some sort or maybe something else in the gaming industry.
Good riddance.
The worst thing about MHS is their community relations, for which I hold the manager accountable. I hope things change a bit over there.

That is HORRIBLY false! If the CEO or PR does not give anything to the CM then the CM can't do ANYTHING! What needs to change right now is the person in charge of the press (which is not the CM). Moll did the best that she could do with what she was given, honestly she could not have done much more.
I understand that, but I still hold the CM responsible for community relations. If it is as you say, then Moll should have left on her own terms years ago and MHS should have struggled to find someone to fill the slot because no one would want to be in that position.
The CEO I hold responsible for the overall success of the game. The devs for the games general playability and fun. And the CM for the pre-game community relations. Whomever else failed I can't say, because I don't know what the CM was or wasn't given to work with. If its as you say, then the CEO is bad and the game will show that when the time comes. But for what I have participated in the games community, I disliked what I saw from the CM. So, from my perspective, the CM was failing.

I agree with last part, its like she was a head of a nazi camp, where if you participated on the forums it could only serve to the benefit of the company, and of course there were camp collaborators like JOker, KOle and the rest of the happy bunch.
