So countless troll posts go unwarned while anyone making a snarky post is tagged as a troll even though it's blatant and obvious a post was meant as a joke. All while farming site threads go by the moderators here for 10 or more minutes giving them plenty of add time.

I can't see a reason to visit this place anymore.

    Hey take it in stride bro. I get warned all the time by mods for minor infractions. I think they're out to get me! Seriously though, think of it as them keeping some of their more colorful posters (the ones that keep this place lively) from veering too far off the beaten path. At least that's how I look at it. <Ramonski7 ducks back into the bushes and dons his tinfoil hat>

    Staff are pretty much gone on the weekends, that's why you see all the goldseller/farm spam and other crap on Fri night thru Sun morn. Occasionally, a mod will catch it if they happen to be looking and see the front page full of spam or if they happen to check their e-mail for reports.

    The only time I ever got warnings was when I'd make a personal comment, like the time I called Jester an idiot or something.  Disagreeing about a game or arguing very hard about it isn't against the forum's rules.  Personally I think why you see so much negativity here is because this is one place where so many MMO fans visit where they are allowed to air some of their grievances, as in my experience most official forums for many games like to clamp down on dissent.  And spam is just part of the deal everywhere you go.  Welcome to the Internet.  Buy a helmet.

    I once posted a topic in the WoW subforum regarding an offer that might seem like a good deal but that ultimately brings more gold farmers into the game. I received a warning for that, as if I was the one offering the deal.
