relaying on crits and 10-20% procs of some abilities

makes wow pvp crap ...30% skills 70% luck

    Yeah, RNG sucks in all MMOs.

     

    Did you hear that resilience was going to stop affecting crits?

    No PvP in any MMO is crap. You're pitting players against other players that both have the same tools available to fight each other with. The only time I would ever deem PvP as worthless is if you could only play against cheap npc foes with cheap tricks and buffs to win.......no wait....that would be PvE then.....hmmm.

    resilence in cata will affect only damage taken
