They haven't mentioned any such thing as of yet, but I'm sure they'll end up allowing things like this at some point. You already have the iconic lairs, hide outs, and super bases in the DC Universe.
However, I'd keep in mind that the game isn't looking like it'll be any sort of City of Heroes clone. These things will probably have different incarnations, but I'm sure they'll still be there.
I'm sure Super groups/teams are a given.
So far it's still a wait and see.
I really hope they do some sort of Base/Lair Super hero/villian HQ,it was one of the great things that CoV did for the CoX.. I loved it!!.
