I hope u see this and replay for it

i did post on my other thread of a problem with banned account

i got banned over puting a Credit info wich is a valid one

Did mail account support still....

it's been 5 days now waiting an answer ..... will i have to wait longer ?

how long do problems like this take account support to solve ?

shouldn't u guys have a Via phone support  ?

i did try the New tool Live chat support tbh i was so happey with how fast it was stil... hehe after 15min  the GM told me : sorry sir we can't help u with that .... shouldn't u improve that ?

so here it is i love Age of conan i really do and it really sads me to see it very slow at this matter while other MMOs are much smother .... tbh i was going to quit but i won't so ihope u guys sort that out and make it faster and esyer for us to deal with problems like this

    Hmm, seems it takes time sometimes, but it could also have been an error in the service request, try sending a new request tomorrow if no answer is received before then. Service requests is lost by both system & human errors when they come in thousands...

    GM got power, but not enough sometimes.

    My tip at least for this situation.

    It sounds like the card was flagged for being a fraud. You may have to wait until Monday in order to receive some assistance on that issue. We do offer 24-7 support, but normal GM's will not be able to assist as much on cases where the card may be stolen or being rejected by the bank as a stolen/fraud card. Thus, I would try to see what happens on Monday via email support. If nothing does happen, try live chat again and see if you can get some assistance on the progress.

    In most cases where it was just incorrect information, you should be able to correct the info with a fraud specialist. Then everything should be back to normal. :)

    will the same problem happen if i use some other CC latter on  ??
