The earth and wind elements appear to be locked, he can only use fire and water/ice.
1:52 - he turns into a tornado (Charr race + elementalist class = Tazmanian Devil?)
2:20 - he makes a burning ring of fire.
2:30 - he uses burning retreat to move backwards and creates a wall of fire in his path (While in his lovely hamster ball of invulnerability.
