CB over, OB soon?

I DLed the game just to see if it would work on my current Nexon account, and while I could install it and then get to the title screen, it locks up when I try to start. I should have checked the site about whether the servers are up or not, because apparently the game is down until the next beta phase - which I am hoping is OB.

Anyone got a guesstimate as to how long until it might happen? I'm going bored out of my mind these days, and have just been hopping between Oblivion w/ mods and Civ 4.
