characters stolen

i played it for a bit than quit and was going ot try it again,i use 2 email account  for log ins.i tried the first and had an account but no characters,the second had no account. i emailed and gave names of characters,they said they were in another account.theyhad not been moved nor anything.so i guess they sell inactive accounts.esp ones thst had 'money' and bought stuff on them.

    They sell inactive account characters cause they can't make themselves new high level characters with gold and items from the item shop. Makes a lot of sense...
