fail solo ranked play....

I haven't done "team ranked" so I can't comment. But Solo ranked is garbage. I win till i ge upt o 1300 ranking and then lose till I get back to under 1200 and then win back up to 1300. I don't think it partners me with good players till im below 1200.
It's just like queing a normal game, I win 5 and then lose 5 like clock work...so frustrating

Is this before of ather the level 30 only change?
I do agree though, solo play is usually ridiculous because of all the "l33t m4st3r" players who think they are awesome and end up sucking. Duo it at least. You can solo queue with 2 people. Team ranked is quite awesome if you pull it off.
