free month?

ive had a quick look around the site and no luck, and also cant find anything about it on the mmorpg.com site, so here it goes:

 

ive heard that accounts left inactive for 180 days or so recieve a free month? is this true, and if so, where do i go for this? if false, is there something in the past that i may be confused about?

 

and question number 2:

 

do you get any free game time when upgrading from WoW to BC? and from BC to WotLK?

 First I heard of it, but there is the "scroll of resurection" which grants a player that has an account unsubbed for 90 days to get 10 days play time - theres a thread sticky at the top of this forum.

You do not get any free time with any WoW expansions.
